about

The tale of the bounty hunters; despised by many and idolized by few.

A sad existence to be sure.

lyrics

Dirty stirrups and a dirtier mind,
You got money in your hand and you gotta tonne of time.
Dead banditos resting in the back,
Providing you with funds to escape the rack.

'Cause there's some who call you scum, and sum regard you high.
You left three young men dead and bloody in the rye.
Wash down your sins with a shot of the finest rum,
You keep on drinking till your senses turn you numb.

You aim at the man from across the plain,
The bullet leaves your gun but you feel no pain.
For he is the prize and you are the victor,
And you're still alive but you ain't no bigger.

You aim at the man from across the plain,
The bullet leaves your gun but you feel no pain.
For he is the prize and you are the victor,
And you're still alive but you ain't no bigger.

You call yourself a killer, you certainly ain't no winner,
with barely enough precious gold to even buy your dinner.
You've fallen on hard times, a warrior with no bound,
Shake that duster down, I'm sure there's jobs in town.

But you spot it from a distance, the shadow of a man,
All glad in black elegantly holding a pistol in each hand.
Then it strikes you like a lightening bolt, but no it just can't be,
That man in black is coming for a bounty placed on me.

A bounty placed on me.
